WINSTON MCDONALD JR.
PRESIDENT & CEO
Winston McDonald Jr. is President and Chief Executive Officer of Best Warehousing & Transportation, Inc. Mr. McDonald is responsible for overseeing the entire US Operation, which consists of several locations in the United States. Winston McDonald Jr. has been the President & CEO since 2006 and has the lead the company to record revenue growth and expansion during his tenure. Winston McDonald Jr. has over 20 years of logistics experience, having held management roles with General Electric Company and John H. Harland. Winston McDonald Jr. holds a BS degree in Accounting from St. John’s University, NY. He also holds a Masters of Business Administration Degree in Global Technology Management from American Intercontinental University in Atlanta, GA.Winston McDonald Jr.resides in Atlanta, GA with his wife and two children.
BRIAN KELLY
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Brian Kelly joined the BWT team in April 2012 as VP of Operations. He brings nine years of warehouse management experience to BWT where he handles the day-to-day operations of their multiple locations and employees across the United States. Prior to joining BWT, Brian was the operations manager for Cover Ups in Roswell, GA where he implemented new warehouse controls while drastically improving the efficiency of the warehouse.Brian graduated from Middle Tennessee with his Master’s in Business Administration in Management as well as his Bachelors in Marketing. Brian was also a 4-year Letterman for the football team. Brian currently resides in Woodstock with his wife and four children.
HOWARD SHOPE
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Howard Shope joined Best Warehousing & Transportation as Sr Vice President in September 2023 as an Operations Executive. Howard has over 23 years of transportation, logistics and warehousing experience in senior leadership roles (President and CEO). He is a Veteran of the US Marine Corps and was educated in Electronics at Gaston College in Dallas, NC. Prior to logistics, he worked in manufacturing at a global Machine Tool Company in production and Field Service. After his manufacturing career, he became an entrepreneur in 2001 partnering to open a Transportation and Logistics company located near Charlotte, NC. Since joining the BWT Team, he is excited to offer his experience and efforts towards continuing to build a World Class Team in Global Logistics, with Winston and everyone at BWT. He currently resides in Gastonia, NC and is married to Michelle. They have 2 children and 5 grandchildren.
KALLY SALDAÑA
VICE PRESIDENT OF OPERATIONS
Kally Saldaña joined the BWT team in January 2022 and currently serves as Vice President of Operations. She brings over 15 years of experience in manufacturing, logistics, and supply chain management. Kally oversees operations across 10 warehouses, driving performance through data-driven strategies and Power BI automation. Known for her strong leadership and client-focused approach, she excels at solving complex challenges and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. Bilingual in English and Spanish, Kally has a proven track record of delivering operational excellence in fast-paced environments.
TASHONDA TUCKER
VICE PRESIDENT OF HUMAN RESOURCES
TaShonda has over 12 years in the human resources field and is a Valdosta State and Troy University alumna. She is an AIRS certified recruiter and has earned her HR certification from both the Society for Human Resources Management and Human Resources Certification Institute. TaShonda prides herself on being an advocate for employees, processes, and procedures and enjoys solving problems, researching employment challenges and playing matchmaker for candidates and companies. She is passionate about creating equitable and transparent work environments in which all employees can succeed. She is based in Atlanta, GA.
AGHA KHAN
DIRECTOR OF INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY
Agha Khan joined the BWT team in Feb 2016 and serves as the company’s Director of information technology. Khan brings 20 years of IT experience in executing and driving change in the high technology firms. Agha Khan’s greatest strengths are his creativity, drive and leadership. He thrives on challenges, particularly those that expand the company’s reach.Prior to joining BWT, Agha Khan served as Network Engineer and was responsible for the company’s technology and business IT related operations. Agha Khan holds a Master’s Degree in Information Technology. Khan currently resides in Suwanee with his wife and three children.
